ORDER
FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that any and all health care providers must produce a complete copy of Decedent
[redacted] medical records and itemized billing statement for services rendered to Decedent[redacted]. Such materials must be produced within thirty (30) days of a request by [redacted] and/or her representatives if such records are on site or sixty (60) days if such records are off site.
